We often hear,"...from now on, the two man crew complement will become the mainstream in the world", but airmen worldlWide are not happily accepting the two man crew complement and there are many unions fighting for the three man crew. We, in Japan, are fighting the issue of crew complement on an international level through the union of flight crewmen and workers in the field of aviation.
